IVC Econ BioThane Harnesses are simple, quality, easy care synthetic pony & miniature horse harnesses suitable for basic recreational driving with typical carts.  Our beginner level pony, and mini harnesses are made by the same harness maker with the exact same BioThane-brand synthetic material as our higher level harnesses.
